This role is ideal for someone who enjoys mentoring others, working collaboratively, and balancing strategic thinking with hands-on support for both clients and volunteers.

Has experience delivering high-quality counselling.
Enjoys supporting, mentoring or developing other counsellors.
Values teamwork, flexibility and reflective practice.
Is passionate about providing safe and effective services for women.
Is confident working collaboratively in a shared leadership role.
Experience of supporting trainee counsellors or volunteers would be particularly valuable.
